We offer 2 options of Fire Rated Shutters
Supreme Fire Shutter - Motorised
The doors will be fabricated using high-quality 50mm steel slats with a thickness of 1.2mm, ensuring durability and strength. Our fire-rated shutters come equipped with the ARC 500 motor, a 220V unit, and are integrated with a smoke detector.
The system also includes two remote controls for ease of operation. Additionally, it features a secondary fusible link as a fail-safe mechanism, providing an added layer of security in the event of a primary system failure.
Standard Fire Shutter – Remains open – No Motor
The doors will be fabricated using high-quality 76mm steel slats with a thickness of 1mm with a fusible link, ensuring durability and strength.
Fusible link (manual)
Fusible link shutters are designed to always stay in the open position and will automatically close when the fusible link detonates at 100° degrees Celsius there by closing the fire-proof curtain.
Electrically Operated
Electric operated with a single or three phase motor systems can be interfaced with the buildings existing fire detection system or fire panel i.e. the signal from the fire detection panel will activate the motor and close the fire shutter in the event of a fire or the backup fusible link will detonate at 100° degrees Celsius there by closing the fire-proof curtain.
